This is not a self-paced video course; it's live online small group coaching
FIT IT IN EASILY: Spend less time exercising & more time on your bike: 2 live 30min sessions per week & 3 x 10min home-workouts (1.5hrs total per week)
WORKOUT FROM ANYWHERE: You can attend the live sessions from anywhere with a WIFI connection, the home-workouts can be used as pre/post ride warm up/cool down stretch routine (you might even want to do them daily!)
INJURY-PROOF YOURSELF IN 15MINS A DAY: Nursing an injury is not a problem, this is a personalised program so we modify your plan to work the rest of the body (so you can maintain and improve overall fitness) whilst you rehab your injury. You can, and should, still exercise.
GET MOTIVATIONAL SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY: SMS accountability to keep you motivated & on track throughout the program.
