Before your first session, I take the time to understand your goals, medical history, and health background : the first step is to complete the enrolment form, and then we can have chat about your goals etc. This allows me to tailor each session to your specific needs and requirements. As I get to know you and observe how you move, I continuously adapt and evolve your exercises, ensuring you steadily progress toward your goals whilst exercising safely.
I take an holistic approach to session design, ensuring that whilst we focus on your specific objectives, you also experience a well-rounded, balanced workout.
Quality of movement is essential - not just for effective exercise and injury prevention but also for pain-free movement, improved flexibility, increased strength, and confident, safe exercise.
Consistency is key to reaping the benefits of exercise, feeling fitter, stronger, and more agile. That's why our programmes and class blocks typically span a minimum of 8 weeks.
Whether you're participating in a personal 1:1 session, joining a small group, or taking part in a group class, you will receive the support and attention you need to make meaningful progress.
